ceiling brown spots
I'am would like to know if anybody has brown spots on the ceiling by the rafters. We had them and now we have white spot from the dealer that can be seen. Factory doesn't want to talk to us or do anything. Where is the good warranty?

My unit is out of warranty. I notice little tiny yellow spots on the ceiling every once in a while and just use a wash cloth to wipe them away. Some of the spots are from the tacks they use to hold the material in place and can not be washed away. I have refrained from using paint because one little patch of a different color of white nad you have to repaint the entire ceiling. I am way too lazy for that.

Try a little hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball and dab on the spots. This is an old trick that works well in mobile homes and RVs. Try it first in an "out of the way" spot in order to satisfy your mind that it will work on your rig.

Try white out as it matches the color of the ceiling. That is if you can find any in the store these days.
I had large spots on the ceiling from the factory when they tried to wipe off the putty they put over the staples. I just used hot soapy water and most of it came off so you don't notice it now. It only showed up when the light hit it right.

I've had them twice, last fall and this spring. We are still under warranty, so I had the dealer clean them up. If I remember correctly, the yellow stain is the glue that is used on the ceiling that comes through.
