Yesterday, the 30th of May
gas found from $3.98 to $4.19, we filled up the greenmachine Escort at $3.99.
Diesel was $4.89.

Charleston, today diesel jumped $.10 a gal. to $4.53, Regular remains the same around $3.75

Still $4.99.99 a gallon here. We only have the truck so I don't pay attention to the price of gasoline.

that is gas
I believe the diesel was $4.81 at that station

Northern Illinois is holding at 4.69.9 - 479.9. One at 499.9 and can't seem to make up their mind as they fluctuate 20 cents up and down.

I topped off my truck today in Charleston at Walmart. They had diesel for $4.499, Regular for $3.729.
I am heading to Tallahassee tomorrow, so I hope I find cheap fuel there.

Amazing but prices are slipping back in Phoenix Flying J was up to 4.769-.08=4.68 just last Thursday. Now down to 4.719-.08= 4,739 today. (The 8 cents is the difference for big commercial rigs versus those under 26,000 pounds gross.) It's not much but i like the trend.

Prices seem to be dropping here also. I haven't been out today but according to autosmsn.com the lowest I found was 449.9.

Just got back to Ohio from Myrtle Beach. Average price down there was $4.55 back here in central Ohio $4.79.

We just left San Diego, Ca. May 31st and the only nearby Diesel we could find was 5.41...(that left a mark) but only if we paid cash, credit was 5.56. It was 5.19 in Anaheim, Ca. and Bishop, Ca. was 5.00. An once we got home to Fallon, Nv. it was 4.85.

Diesel took a BIG drop overnight here in Traverse City - $4.88 to $4.84 (AAA). Still above the $4.78 national ave, but that is very encouraging. I'm praying for a free-fall now (but not holding my breath). Gasoline was unchanged here.

Slap my mouth!!!! Gas and diesel has been the same now for a week. It probably go up again tomorrow. Can't win. 3.74 for 10%,3.85 for reg and diesel 4.63-4.75. Thats here in Cedar Rapids IA.
