Two fairly minor issues (rig is a 2019 and under warranty)
1. Access plate to service center is misaligned and exterior screw cap will not come off. Had to remove screws holding exterior cover on.
2. Oven does not light... No smell of gas... Does spark when knob turned. Stove top works fine...

#2 Refrigerator not cooling properly on electric. Cools properly on propane, but does not hold cold when running on electric.

I have already signed up for my 2 items (#30 on your list), but have now developed a more serious problem since I've hit the road. If possible, I would like to swap out my previous #2 (closet door sticking) with this new #2.

#2: Door side living room slide will not extend. Motor works, but gearbox appears bound up.

I talked to Keystone Customer Service and they suggested I get back to you to see about updating my list with this item.

Couple related questions on the tech visit - when should we expect to hear from them and is work done at no charge to the customer? Just curious. Thanks in advance.
