What a difference
Watching the shop put on my new Goodyear G614s allowed me to make a visual comparison between them and the nearly new (2000 miles) Mission tires. Wow, so much more tire. I did learn that I had even wear across all the Missions which gives confidence about inflation choices and axle alignment. I had a 90 psi compressor with a one gallon tank for carrying to do on site inflation. I found a 3-gallon 125 psi for $99 to get the G615s up to 105 psi. It fits nicely into the basement. So the old one goes to the charity garage sale.

Stiles, Make sure the Compressor will air those G614's up the first compressor I got was a 125 psi. I had to go to a 150 psi, however I run my G614's at a 110. Tire wear was perfect. I agree the G614 comparied to the Mission or the Freestars is a major difference. GBY....

One concern I may have might be - are the rims capable of handling the higher psi on the tires? Where is Lonnie B when you need him?

indyroadrunner, thats a good point, we have 7,000 lb axles and 8 lug wheels and they are stamped 3750 max load per wheel and tire, and can handle 110 psi. Every 5th wheel we have owned had 7,000 lb axles had the same rating of 3750. GBY....

I don't mean to be sarcastic, but I would not spend $1200 on tires and not check out the rims.
