Power theater chair

Just got back home after 6 fantastic weeks traveling with our 3811ms, last evening on the road the lights went out on my side of the theater chair. Other side works fine, checked the connections all good.
Anyone else had any problems with the chair?

Did it come unplugged? Our puppy knocked our plug out once, there are 2 cords, just a guess

There is one power supply, two cords come out. Neither is loose or corroded
I have not got the volt meter out yet, too much to do since returning home and unpacking the camper.

We had one of ours go out last night, it was buzzing very loudly and the lights on the cup holder were flashing. There is a small transformer that you can reach from under the chair arm. Russ unplugged that one so that he could use the other recliner. We'll be calling the dealer to ask for a new transformer in the morning, as our 3811MS is only a week old.

You may want to check and make sure some someone has not pulled the front of the cup holder up. Mine quit working and I discovered the front of the holder was raised about 1/8 to a 1/4 inch. Works fine after pushing the front back down. Go figure.
