I don't know. We had the infamous Missions on our 2006 3400 and ran then over 10K with out a problem. Next were Coopers but we ruined them when our axles shifted on the road.. Next was Generals that were on the 3400 when we sold it. Over 70K miles combined on all the tires and not a tire problem. Just lucky I guess. BTW the missions ran of a much lighter boat trailer for several years.

I'm looking at some geostar g574 all steel highway. They are 14 ply. Had a marathon start bulging so I figure it's time to put on some real tires. Has anyone had any experience with the geostar ?

I just looked on Geostar's web site and did not see where they are made. Their numbers look good...weight, capacity, plys, etc, but I have to know where they are made before I'd buy them.

Have Trailer Kings on our unit. Going to give them a chance just like I did with the Missions and Marathons. Haven't had an issue yet. (Knock on wood.) In fact, one of the old Missions is laying in the bed of the truck. It is going with us to Navarre just in case.

A lot of people think that a light camper is OK with ST tires. I beg to differ. My brother and I took his 7200 pound camper to Wyoming and lost 2. We limped into Laramie at 20 MPH. A few years ago he went to Texas with the same camper and ST tires and again he had to replace the tires before he got back to Virginia.

Thanks for the input. I think I'll give the GeoStar a try. They feel like a really sturdy tire. The sidewalls are heavy and stout.

ALL ST TIRES HAVE A MAX LOAD RATING AT 65 MPH!!!!!!!!
if you are going to use E rated tires, go with truck tires which will sustain max load at 106 mph.

Apparently you haven't read any reviews on the Sailun S637, nor priced them. Do yourself a favor ,and research them a bit.
