Extended slide measurements
Can anyone tell me the maximum width of their units with the slides extended? I haven't taken delivery of my 344RET yet, and haven't seen any specs on width except for the standard 8ft towing width.

Our 3295 is real close to 12 foot from window to window at the widest section which is our 2 opposing slides. THAT IS AN INSIDE MEASUREMENT! Have to add the walls to get outside. Don't believe they are more than 3 inches each??
Each unit will most likely measure different, depending on where your slides are, your floor lay out, etc.

Bryan-
I went out and measured mine just now. For the LR slide add 37.5 inches, the kitchen slide add 24. The BR slide is 23 and is on the same side as the LR so it does not extend as far as the LR. Adds up to be 13' 1-1/2" overall.

2003 3295RK with three slides. The two large slides are on opposite sides. The living room slide opens 39 inches. The kitchen slide 24 inches. The main body is 8 feet. So I guess ours is 13 feet 3 inches when fully open.

Bryan, that should work but 15 feet is pretty close. Are you going to stripe the area the wheels go between or something to help you get it centered? I'd sure hate to hear you were off center very much and opened the slides.

That is a good idea about striping Steve, my original plan was to have my wife or myself outside while extending the slides to check clearance, but a tire placement marker could make things a lot easier once we found center!

We have less than 15 ft. We are within 2 inches of our roofline. We have marks on the awning hook rod to see if the slides will fit. Works for home and in campgrounds. Our big slide - curb side - is larger than the other slides so we have to be a little over from center. If you don't have slides on both sides it would be different.
Happy trails...................

Steve has the best idea. Striping is what alot of fire stations do so not to have a screw up. Just keep the tires on the line
