Light Weight Ladder

I know there was recently a discussion about the Telestep ladder and the folding one at Camping World. I think I found the best of both worlds at the Container Store. They have a VERY light weight aluminum step "stool"/ladder that's on sale for another week. There are three sizes and they are VERY strudy and as I said light weight.

We just purchased the medium one which is five steps and will easily fit in the basement of our Monty. I can also reach all the windows and even the front end cone. The link is listed below although they don't show the largest one.

We have one like that also besides the 6' folding ladder. The one like in your picture we hang on the ladder with our chairs from the hanger made for carrying your chairs on the ladder (CW). We actually use it more than the 6' ladder. It is perfect for getting the awning and lights all set up.
Happy trails............................

I bought something called a GORILLA 4 in 1. "It is like the little giant model that costs over $300.00 and weighs a ton". This one streches out to 12 ft and stands only about 4 ft. when it is all retracted and my wife can pick it up. Got it at Home Depot for $99.00. Made some hooks that fit over a rung on the ladder and secure it with a ratchet style tiedown strap.

Now I have another item on the "need to go buy" list. I do not have a ladder for around the coach, last week was the frist time I was needing one. I like the idea of being able to store it in the basement, vs. hanging on the rear ladder.

I just purchased a Werner ladder (Little Giant copy) from Costco.

It's a model MT-17. $99.00

This one is a little heavier than my camping world ladder but it's much more stable and robust.

We have the Tricam Household 2 Step Stool for those high places inside the trailer and like Ken the 13' Little Giant type by Costco for outside the trailer. I only wish I had gotten the 17' rather than the 13'.

I got the "Gorilla Ladder" too from Home Depot. That's the best dag gone ladder I've ever owned. I keep it my truck. Use to clean the outside windows and get to the top of the awning and anything else that's requires more than a step stool. I highly recommend one to anyone that doesn't have one. Less than $100
