GREASE FOR KIN PIN AND PLATES

For those of you who have a Pullrite Superglide or other automatic hitch, what do you use on the slide rails below the hitch. The book says to use grease but as stated, it is messy. Would this "spray grease" work for the rails?

Another user of the teflon ring, comes in 2 or 3 different sizes. I have a grease fitting on my reciever and give it a shot of grease every now and then.

I have not been able to locate a teflon pad that fits a superglide.
