Who To Talk To When Calling Keystone?

Just wondering if there are any numbers or if anyone would know who to talk to when calling Keystone about a problem with unit? I appreciate any help ...

The only thing I know is to call the main number and ask for customer service. They have people there to deal with the issue. The number is (574) 535-2100.
