Recommended TPMS

We are getting back into purchasing a new RV and looking for a recommendation on which TPMS works best on 5th wheels. Can you advise which system and model number you are using?

Thanks

We are using the TST 507 system and have had good results with it. We had tried the TireMinder unit first but every time we stopped, it would alert us of low tire pressure in one of the tires. It would keep alerting a different tire each time we would stop, so we quickly returned that system and got the TST 507.

I think the majority of us using a TPMS are using the TST 507RV. But others have expressed satisfaction with some of the other brands.

We had Pressure Pro for several years and they worked well. Sold that set and went to TST 507 flow thru because I wanted the flow thru feature. Had them for several years and like them also.

We have the Tire Trakker, sister to the Tire Minder. And agree about the false alarms, not so bad if the temps are cool, but when warm it will alarm just about every time we stop. Wouldn't be quite so bad, but can take 15 to 20 minutes of travel before it will reset. Presently living with it as to much money to just scrap.

Thank you everyone, I appreciate your responses. Now I need to do my homework and get the best pricing on the TST507.

Found mine on Amazon, TST507RV with 6 sensors for $261- with Prime. They are excellent, but there is a learning curve with understanding the pressures, cold temps, altitudes, and times of the years. Lots of great advice on the forum.

I bought mine at CW and paid a LOT of money. Amazon seems to be the cheapest, although ebay is right there with them.
