colorado registration taxes

The county we live in Colorado....the price goes down every year but I am aware, some counties that doesn't happen.

Anyone ever drive 70 eastern Colorado. Will shake you up good! Our taxes at work!
Unless they have fixed it since June of this year.

I live in Denver, and my registration for my 2000 Ford F-250 was $216.73.
The Monty, a 2955RL, was bought in March and the registration was $989.37.

What do they do with all this money?

That one is bad - and so is that I-76 running east - talk about a good test road for air hitches!

I think all the money goes to fix those fancy bridges on I-70 in Glenwood Canyon everytime a rock falls down through them! Natures way of returning things back to the way they were.
