Awning Question

We have an electric awning. It's the newer type that is high up and when deployed sticks straight out. We can loosen the screws on the brackets and make the awning slant downwards. Cool.

Question is: Can we retract (bring in) the awning when it is in the slanted down position?

Thanks!

Betty

You don't want to move the awning with one or both of the braces locked in place.

Dick,

Thanks. That's what I was thinking, but wanted to be sure.

Wouldn't it be nice if the manual actually gave useful info?

Screws should be loose for retraction or extension.

Too True.
IMHO the manual is basically a waste of good trees.
