In the AM

We leave for the sunshine and warmer temps. Thought about naming this non stop to Q. Hope it will be only one nighters all the to Q. Have a good break in the wx and the passes south the forecast is good. We have had way too much rain. No snow since Nov.

Today I flushed out the pink stuff and checked out the fresh water pump. Could not get it to pressurize the system. Found out the back flow preventer in city water hook up was bad. Was spraying water all over the place. No RV local supply had the replacement. So just got a screw in plug for when we will use the pump. While in Yuma will get a replacement.

Will try to stay off ice and have a slow safe trip.

Make sure when you winterizing the next time either blow air into the city water hookup or connect the blue coiled hose from the outside water spigot on pump some antifreeze into this connection or you will be replacing the backflow preventer again.
Have a good trip to Q.

Dick and Toni,
Have a safe and uneventful trip south. Those one nighters would be killers for this old body. Sorry we won't be home but you know where the parking pad is and you are welcome anytime. Are you going to FoY? If so we may see you there. We are planning to arrive there this coming Monday or Tuesday or so. Anyway we hope to see you soon. Dennis and Mary Kay
