Caravan to Goshen
There are a number of us coming from the west toward Goshen, arriving on Sunday, September 17th. We are staying at Amana RV in Amana, Iowa on Saturday night, September 16th. Amana is a quaint, German community with a lot of neat shops and good German food a little north of I80. I have already reserved spots for five of us. If anyone wants to join us, contact Amana RV and tell them you are with the Ron Ames' Montana group. That way they can put us all together. It is a Passport America park and the PA rate is around $20 for full hookups as best I can remember. Hard to believe that it is only three weeks till rally starts. The RMRR is a week from Saturday. Safe travels to all.

We are pulling into Amana on Sunday, staying 3 nights, traveling to Goshen on Wednesday. If we get bored at Amana we might leave a day early, but have not make early reservations at Goshen.

Scott-- Come join us on Saturday and you can roll with us on Sunday into Goshen. I don't think there would be any problem with coming in early because there is not Rally before us at least from what the Fairground schedule says. As long as someone isn't in our spot at the fairground you'll be able to park in it. Makes it a whole lot easier that way too. No rushing around on Wednesday to get everything done and you beat all the traffic coming through the Chicago area. That in itself is stressful enough when you're towing the fiver. I'll bet Amana Colonies has an extra spot for you on Saturday.

That would be stretch for us. We can't leave until Friday afternoon and it is 16 hours to Amana. We might make it; have to see. We will probably leave Amana a day earlier than planned and pull into Goshen on Tuesday. I'll PM my phone number to you since we'll all be on the same route; never know when someone might have a problem or break down.

We hope to make Nebraska tonight and pull into Amana Saturday night. We are going to stay a couple days and pull into Goshen Tuesday. We are flexible, that could change at any time!
