There is overkill ,and then there is overkill.
You certainly were covered on the load . Loaded at 14K, and 20% pin weight, you have in the neighborhood of 11,200 sitting on four tires or 2800 per tire, with a tire rating of 4805 @ 125 psi, a reserve weight of 2000 lbs per tire you could still load on them , thats if you had your fifth wheel loaded to its GVWR of 14K.
I would advise anyone If they have 16" wheels as you did at one time, and they are good for 110 psi , even with your fairly light fifth wheel of 14,000 GVWR to go the Sailun S637's in the 235/80/16. They are rated for 4080 @ 110 psi, and still way over what is needed for a 14K GVWR on a fifth wheel.
