24 Years - I don't know how she did it!

Tomorrow is our 24th anniversary, since we break camp then, we are celebrating today. Had flowers delivered to the campsite this morning, will stop by Edible Arrangements for DW's favorite chocolate covered bananas and strawberries, then off to take her on a shopping spree. To this day, I marvel that she has put up with me for this long, must be Love or something. To all of those who have been married longer, I can only express my admiration! The importance of marriage vows seems to be lessening in the world more and more.

Congratulations to you two. We celebrate 25 in August." The importance of marriage vows seems to be lessening in the world more and more." We couldn't agree more. If more couples spent more time repairing and strengthening their relationships instead of bailing out when it gets tough, we would have a much stronger, happier society.

Congrats to the two of you and may you enjoy many more!!! 36 years here next month. Yes, the importance of the marriage vows seems to have gone out the window and a commitment from both parties to make things work after a few bumps in the road is rare. Enjoy what you have!!!

Congratulations on a wonderful marriage!!

However, I’m a little confused…
If you’ve been married for 24 years that means
you got married when you were 5 years old
since you are claiming to still be “29”
Talk about robbing the cradle!!!!

CONGRATS BINGO!
Sugar has 50 years, wouldn't it be neat to find out which MOC member is married the longest. Certainly not me, 36 years like few others.

Congratulations Bingo & Cathy, wish you at least another "24" years.

Jim & I will be married 42 years this year, can't picture our lives without each other. You are so true about marriage. It seems that as soon as it gets difficult, people bale. They seem to forget their vows "for better or worse, in sickness and health". If they would stay together and work it out, their marriage would be stronger.

Congratulations to you both. Sometimes it's a mystery to us males why they stay with us but let's not look a gift horse in the mouth.
