'05 Models and Improvements

Where can I find any info about the '05 models? I looked at Keystone's website and didn't see any changes, new floorplans, King bed option and any other things.

I was looking to see what's better.

Since we have only had the 2005 we cannot really tell you what changes have been made other than the axles. Do you have a specific question? It might be different with each model. I note in some of the older models there was only one cabinet in the bedroom for the TV. We have 3 like in the living area. There is also a cabinet in the toilet area.

NJ Hillbilly,
We got information from our dealer. He had a brochure that had all the floor plans and what was add etc.

I can tell you this, we have a 2005 327RKS Mountaineer TT and by far it's the best TT we have ever owned. (We have had 3 all from different manufactures).

The 327RKS has a rear kitchen with a nice living room area, great sized bathroom and a good sized bedroom. Ours cam with the artic package, elec/gas hotwater heater, large sized refrig, double sink, convection/microwave oven and a whole lot more. I am very impressed with it and as of right now would not even consider another brand if I was looking.

John - Those of us who attended the Rally in September had a chance to preview some of the changes at the end of our factory tour. Jeff Rank had a couple new models available for us to walk through. We also picked up a 2005 brochure from the Hart RV dealer that was available at the campground.

We have been in touch with our local dealer and they informed us that after the big RV show in Nashville that more detailed consumer information would be available. Our dealer did inform us that the king size bed option will be available on the 3400, as this is the model we (or I should probably say ME) is interested.

Do You know when the Nashville show is? Wondering when I could start looking for info. Anyone going that can get some onfo?

We saw a couple of units at a dealer in Manassas Va. They all had aluminium wheels, 2 of them had porcelain toilets and I am sure there were other things that I didn't see in the few minutes I looked.

Also curious about new floorplans, what configurations, etc.

well they have made several upgrades, new wheel design, 6 panel doors on interior, corian counter tops, remote AC/Heat with digital thermstat (which I am not sure works good), sunken sinks in bath and kithcen, new style curtians, all cabinets are screwed together now instead of staples, new axles, new type tire design(Tocoma) just to name a few. we almost bought 2004 unitl dealer made same deal on 2005 if we would wait so we did and glad we did.

NJ Hillbilly, do not know where you are at, but if you are close to MD.,go to Beckleys Camping Center in Frederick,Md.They have about 17 new 2005 Montana fivers in stock, pretty much one of every model, they sure look nice but noticed the price went up a good bit from 2004.They moved their service dept. across the street so that opened up more room for sales plus they dropped Newmar fivers.
