Luray, Virginia

We just arrived at Luray RV Resort-Country Waye. Beautiful mountain views and just minutes away from Luray Caverns. We will be here until Tuesday July 12th, can't wait to start exploring the area.

I saw another Montana here, if you are a MOC member would love to meet you. We are at site #49.

Welcome to Virginia. I live just up the road on I 81 at exit 137 Salem. Go up and see the Blue ridge Parkway. Charles Kuralt said it was one of the 10 most beautiful roads in the US. Enjoy.

Good Morning Lynwood,

Thanks for the welcome to Virginia. We do plan on driving the Blue Ridge Parkway and see some of the Shenandoah National Park. Last week we were in Asheville, N.C. and drove on the Blue Ridge there, went east for about 50 miles, and another day went west and drove it to Gatlinburg Tennessee, Smokey Mountains. What a beautiful country we have, eventually I would like to drive all of it, maybe some each year.

Take care and again thanks for the welcome,
Marge & Jim

You are wright this a beautiful country. I love the west it always calls me back, but at the end of the day our friendly little mountains are home. I would rather live here than any other place. I'm very lucky, I get to talk to people all over the country and they all feel their place is the best. Wonderful.
