MOR/RYDE Suspension

While we were at the factory resently we had the MOR/RYDE suspension installed on our 3295RK.I would like to say first that the individuals at that company are a GREAT group of people.
They have electric hook ups for you to use while there and when your unit is in the shop they give you a key to the building so that you can stay in your unit at night also.
The mechanic that installs your system works only on your unit,so he is not distracted by different jobs.He is on it from start to finish and if they need to work late to finish they do so.
In the waiteing area they have donuts and other items for you, coffee, sodas, bottled water and comfortable sitting. You won't get the final cost untill they finish because of different items that may need to be done to your unit and it may be a little higher than planed. Is it worth it? At this point that remains to be seen!On the way home we had things that moved that never have and some that didn't, that usually did.
We took advantage of the Keystone company paying for the trip both ways to have it installed. Also I would like to say that YES keystone does stand behind their produsts, they had ours repaired and even put us up in a hotel while it was in the shop.I for one support the company and their product.
The customer service individuals will help if you give them a chance to.

It is always nice to hear stories like this. Makes me glad that I purchased a Montana even more than I already was. My question is how did you get Keystone to install the MOR/RYDE suspension and pay for the trip? I was under the impression that it was not offered as an option. Let us know how the system continues to work for you, that would be something I am interested in having installed on my coach.
