Water leak?

Saw this yesterday on my High Country 343. Anyone have any ideas on how bad this could be?

Looks like delamination for sure, water leakage primary suspect. First step is to find the cause and repair before it gets worse. Not a DIY job for most folks. Hopefully you have insurance coverage. Sure looks like a leak by the downspout above the slide.

Larry, you have a delamination problem for sure. You do not say what year your unit is but if it is still under warranty I'd be calling Keystone Customer Service and talk to them about the problem and do this even if it is out of warranty. This way you can get a file started on your unit and it saves a step when you take it into your dealer for the fix. It almost looks like you have a leak where the gutter/downspout is connected but it could be anywhere in that area also.

I agree, that's not good and suspect the gutter molding.
