Slide won't move!

The first day on our 6-week Florida trip and the slides won't go out. The motor runs, there's plenty of hydraulic fluid in the reservoir, and nothing is jamming them. The 12v power seems to be okay and the electromagnets on the valves seem to be pulling the valves. Still no slide motion. Is there an internal gear that could have stripped out of nowhere? The slides and pump worked fine at home one day ago. I have one switch that does all my slides since it is a 2003 model.
Any ideas? I'm afraid that CW (the name in town) will probably replaced the entire pump for $900.
Thanks for your input.

Do you have a isolation switch.

I agree with checking for isolation switch. If I remember correctly mine are in with the auto level system. If your auto level worked your slides should work at least hydraulically.

03 Would not have level-up, but could have isolation switches on slides.

Are the 3 upper shut off valves on the manifold in the closed position.. And check to make sure the lower shut off valve is closed. This is open if you are using the hand pump.

I don't think there is any gear involved. I think the pump is simply connected to the motor. Since it worked a day ago but not today and you can hear the motor running, and you haven't changed anything, I would suspect the pump.

Does the motor sound to be straining? When my slides reach end of travel, there is a noticeable change in motor sound as the pressure suddenly increases with no place for the fluid to go. If yours sounds to be straining, it could be that the valves are not opening. If the motor sounds to be freewheeling, then it would be an indication of the pump not building any pressure.

Look under the slide. There is a rod that goes almost the width of the slide to keep both sides of the slide moving together. There should be a shear pin or bolt on one end of the rod. That is probably sheared off. Happened twice to me over the years.

He said none of the slides will go out, so not a shear pin issue. Isolation switch is a candidate as well as the operating switch itself, and the pump as all the slides are affected.

Don't know about manifold/s on something that old, but have two on mine and if valve on black return lines doesn't open...nothing can move. I would pull wires off and on that to make it isn't corrosion issue. You should be able to maually open valve to allow slides to work. John
