Back Up Lights

I would like to add back-up lights to the rear (and sides) of our '05 2980RL. We often wind up getting to a campsite after dark and could use the extra lighting. With the 7-pin connector there should be an extra wire to do this (a previous TT we had had back-up lights). Has anyone done this? Getting the wiring from the rear of the rig to front shouldn't be a problem, but how would I get it up to the electrical box in the pinbox? Any ideas out there?

This may not be in your scheme of things, but I rigged back up lights on a previous TT and did not hook up to the truck, but a on-off switch from the trailer's battery....not a big problem to flip the switch if you are coming in after dark as it is always best to get out of the TV and survey the situation before backing, at that time you can turn on the lights. Worked well the few times I used it.

there is a good wiring diagram for the seven pin connector on
http://www.etrailer.com/faq/wiring.asp
on my yukon the center pin is hooked up for backup lights
I am planning on going to walmart, buying small low cost fog lights ($14/pair) and mounting them near the rear 4 inch square bumper

I like the switch idea.
