well here I be, bad cold and all, stuffy head feels like a brick so pardon me if I make no sense.
I have had electrical issues for some time but found a wire to battery that had bad insulation and replaced wire. I thought my charger converter was fried but it works fine only when powered by extension cord from shop and not into the RV breaker/fuse panel box where it normally goes. I can find no 110 juice anywhere on fuse panel wiring.
BUT my 110 light fixture above table works fine. All my receptacles [110] show to be hot using tester. Well, tester shows receptacle to be wired right actually.
When I use meter to test for 110 voltage on wiring to fuse/breaker box I only show like 2 or 3 volts.
I cannot figure how this is possible.
I did have a horrible surge problem 2yrs ago in an Okla. State park. had no surge protection at that time. Corrected now. For give me if I`m making no sense. This by the way is on 2009 29.5 RKD Montana.
Some one tell me whats up? You will forever be my best bud!!!

If you have 110 volts to your lights and receptacles you haft to have power to your fuse box. Power goes through the fuse box before it goes to anything else. Are you checking the 110 volt side of the box or the 12 volt side? Buddy

Yes sir, I am checking the 110 side of fuse/breaker box. As I said, the charger converter plugs into the back of that box but there is NO 110 power there. That site is dead. That's why I ran an extension cord from shop directly into basement and plugged the charger converter into that.
None of the 110 breakers have power to them. But again, the 110 light fixture above table lights up.
You might see why I`m so confused.

Are you sure none of the breakers have power? It sounds like your missing one leg coming in from the power source, either that or that light is wired direct. You should have two 50amp circuts coming into your rig. If one is down many things aren't going to work. If that light is wired direct then there's no telling what other strange things someone has done.
