Update on the "Shark" trying to swindle me.

Hi everyone.
Thanks to all your advice, I decided to put my Montana on contingency sale at Lazy J campground in Bellevue, Oh. My kids have a permanent site there, and the owner graciously offered to sell my Monty at a low fee. Moved it there yesterday, and am very hopeful for a decent price now. Coincidently, 4 hours after he took the RV, the "shark" phoned me wondering if I had had enough time to consider his offer, and wanted to know why I had not called him back. Did I get satisfaction!!!! Told him it was on contingency, and he wanted to know why.. I told him I expected to get a reasonable price for it, and that he had angered me with his offer. He then said I wanted too much, and that he could buy a brand new one for that price...I told him to "go ahead!!" Thank you, and I hung up.
Thanks to all of you, and especially Rich and Helen for your encouragement.

Maybe I should get the Sharks phone number from you. I have a great piece of beach front properity in Arizona I will sell to him real cheap.
I am so glad you got satisfaction from being able to tell this guy where to go. And if he can buy a new one for his price, I wonder if it had axles, stove, refrigerator in it.

We are glad to hear the you have taken the "Shark" out. Good for you. There is no reason in this world that someone should take advantage of another and get away with it.

YOU GO GIRL! Let him go and get one for the price he offered. Be sure to ask him if he could bring it by so that you could have a look at his fantastic purchase!!!! That must have made you feel so good to hang up on him!!!!

Yep love those kind of buyers, it's just like after you buy something, somebody, and it never fails, they knew somebody that had the same thing for less.
Stick to your guns and you are the one that has a trailer not him.

People like that, and I can just hear him telling everyone that he has this dumb broad with a beautiful near new trailer that he has convinced to sell to him for way cheap and it is worth so much more but he is such a good con artist that he has it bought and paid for...I was married to a creep like that...They are out there and if I hadn't been married to one I know I would have been as unaware as you were. They are always willing to take it off your hands for you...Not caring about you, your circumstances or even your feelings. They are disgusting. I am so proud that you turned to us and Rich was able to give you some help. I wonder how he is feeling about a WOMEN duping him!!!!!

Glad to hear that you stood up to him. Also glad that this board could help in a small way.
