Yes, the rating should be printed on the breaker. For the guys who posted pictures, please remember that the lead to these is always hot. For that reason, you should cover them with electrical tape (liquid or regular) or some other non conducting material to prevent a short should something grounded come in contact with it. Failure could result in some nastiness - like a fire. That's why mine are not only covered in liquid tape, but also mounted in a box with a cover.
