Replacement for P trap

I posted this question on Bingo's post but then figured I'd get a better answer and others might see the answers if I posted separately. I don't know much about those things Keystone uses in place of P traps under the showers, but could they work under the sink? That would allow you to raise the plumbing enough to do some stuff under there.

With the prinmary help from Denny Ziegler I replaced the shower P trap with the Horizontal. It works great so far. Yes I think it would work on the sink but you do need to make sure there is room for it and all the adapters if needed. I have a second one but have not installed it yet.

Actually our SOB has one in the Kitchen Sink drain.
