There have been several discussions here recently about the furnace. Mud Dabbers making nests, water in the burner or on the circuit board are two usual causes. There is a Atwood Furnace Trouble Shooting manual located HERE that may help

Here are just a couple of recent posts on the topic.

The corrosion was most likely due to condensation and over time it will cause rust and close up burner holes...

Agree But this is a 2018 new unit we just bot in April And first time furnace was turned on Not to mention every wiring connection was RUSTED and I had to clean "carefully " upon reassembly

Personally I think the industry is in "sloppy gear" construction this unit had been
a nightmare on little stuff

Water can get into the burner unit of your furnace if you have washed it and used high pressure to rinse it. It can also get into the unit if it has rained hard, with high winds and the unit was sitting outside either at the plant waiting for delivery to the dealer, at the dealer waiting to be purchased, or just sitting at your location. If you ever take it in to have it washed or wash it yourself also be sure you don't spray water into the cooling vents on the refrigerator. You can really mess up the board on it by getting it wet.

Did you make sure it worked when you did your PDI before you took it off the lot?

No and my mistake.
It is just disheartening that the issues we have experienced ( and I'm sure others have as well) could have , in my opinion been eliminated if there were a better system of quality control and care in the process . Mine is but a drop in the bucket of the issues I have read, so it's not a one off situation. There is no excuse for shoddy workmanship, and these type of issues. I have to wonder if ANYONE has every driven their unit off the lot , like you would with a $70,000 car, and not had similar issues Oh well, on to the next adventure

I don’t know what type of issues you have had but it would be hard to blame the factory for water in the furnace when it couldn’t have been in it when built. I’m not minimizing the other problems you have had or saying there is some quality control at the factory.

When mine stopped it was the middle of January and in sub freezing temps.
You are lucky.

FWIW, mine was a wasp issue and a clogged jet on the burner.
Those wasp covers are priceless!
