tire reimbursment

While on our cross country trip, we had three tires seperating at the sametime. We stopped to double check the air pressure and the tech said my tires were seperating. The fourth tire was one i just replaced. I called store where i was doing business and he was aware of some problems i had earlier. He said buy new tires and he would rreimburse me for tires, not pro-rate them. Went to see hm and he did. He apoligised for the inconvience. Now to contact distributor about damage by seperation earlier. Thier tire engineers claimed it was due to not watching my air pressure. Now i can say all 6 tires. I went to g16 -14 ply. Wish me luck. Happy Tails all.

What type of tires were the ones you had the problems with and what is the model of the rig you were running them on?

The tires were: st235/80r-16/10 towmax str trailer tires. Our rig is the 2007 montana 3500rl. I hoe the report invoices indecating they were seperating. Like i said, when i talk to them monday, 1 tire maybe, but 5 tires? I will let you know how it turns out. Thank you for the support.
