air conditioner

Our Monty is at the shop getting the second air conditioner installed this week. Also our main air conditioner is still freezing. The thermostat does not cycle off and on. Just keeps running. Freezes up before it can cycle off I guess. The maker of the AC said, sounds like it is not getting enough air and causing the freezing. Sure hope it gets fixed this time. This is second time we have had that looked at. The first time they said it was a ducting problem and said they fixed it. But must have more of a problem.
Anyone have any ideas?

Dusty I sure hope it will get fixed this time. We run ours on high when it is very hot and humid out ...it runs all the time w/o shutting off. I just dont remember our other rv's air running like this.
