2006 Freightliner....

In Alabama and now own a 2006 Freightliner. We know for sure we really missed the Air ride suspension and Air ride seats, just riding on air. Want worry about pin weight or GVWR. Its kinda sad leaving the Chevy 3500 this is the first time since 1971 there hasn't been a GM Truck in our drive way. GM let me down, we were very loyal but things change. GBY.....

Aren't there accessories to "Air" up your Freightliner? I thought I had read for sale ads on these vehicles that mentioned air seats or suspension. Maybe over time you can find a way to inflate yourself back to comfort.

I can't help you with your Mobile Suites that is on order, but good luck with it.

Art, on a MDT Air Ride seats and suspension are typically an option. On a HDT the Drivers Seat and suspension are air but the passenger seat is an option.

The air seats can be added to the MDT you just have to plump the air.

The FL has Air Suspension, Air ride seats and tons of other options. Yes we do have a quick connect for air supply to air up tires has about a 30' air hose. We just got back home today. The ride was awesome, The Captain Chairs has arm rest and the air seats have the option of oscillating.

We also decided to order the Trailer Saver air ride hitch. The TS # is TSLB2H gross towing weight is 32,000 lb capacity and 7,500 lb pin weight and we ordered the Gooseneck adapter to pull the Gooseneck when not pulling the 5th wheel. We had a Trailer Saver before and they are the best Air ride hitch on the market. But Trailer Saver is swamped with orders and will be shiped in about two weeks. GBY....

Thanks Dave, so for its GREAT, the ride is awesome. We decided to go with the Trailer Saver air ride hitch, TSLB2H 32,000 lb capacity and I also went with the optional Gooseneck that can be used by removing the 5th wheel head. So want have a problem double towing a small car. And don't have to worry about Pin weight or GVCW. GBY...

Whoa... I misread the original post. They HAVE air in the new Freightliner, they missed it because they had a Chevy truck that didn't have it. Sorry about my confusion.
