Pantry Door Opening In Travel

We've done a lot of mountain driving with our 2003 Montana 3295 during the last month and because of this we've gone over some major elevations and twisty, windy roads. On a number of occasions the pantry door has swung open and the two pantry shelves (that slide) have slid out sometimes tossing the contents. Have any of you experienced this and, if so, how did you handle it?

Thanks,
Kalamity
