Airing up a dually on the road

What do you use to air up your dually tires while on the road.

On my previous SRW F350, I carried a little 12V and a 120V non tank compressors. Neither have any kind of chuck for a dually. I see the Milton S516 will work with a regular tank compressor, but I would need to adapt my little compressors to work with it.

THANKS......

I use a 12V purchased at Harbor Freight. Works very well. But I also carry a 120V, 2-gal compressor that I plug into my Montana when it's needed when I'm towing.

Well, I ordered a Milton S516 window tire inflator and a Milton S986 service gauge from Amazon yesterday.
