Oh no, we found a De-laminated Bubble!
Well, Mel was outside the other day relaxing and just looking around the campground when he happened to look up at our Rig. And about 1 foot above the Kitchen Window he saw a good sized Bubble on the side wall of the Montana. He just washed the rig the week before so we know it wasn't there then. We haven't been in any "bad weather" either real hot or real cold or real stormy. So we are uncertain of what could have caused it.
We took some pictures and printed them and immediately took them to our dealer the next day. Foley RV in Marysville WA, pretty good people. The Manager asked us to email him the pics so that he could forward them to Keystone. We did just that. We are now waiting to hear back from Keystone on what to do. I've heard that this kind of problem can be costly.
We have a 3575RL 2004 Rig, which means the original warranty has expired. I've heard or read that sometime Keystone will repair these issues at their facility, but has anyone heard of them authorizing it to be done anywhere else? Goshen, is a long way away from Western Washington State.
Suggestions anyone?
Joy

Mel and Joy, I just addressed the same problem with Keystone, mine are under the bedroom emergency exit window, they told me to bring it to Goshen and they would fix it. Like you folks it's a long way, Goshen is 1215 miles from where I live in Florida so it will not be easy, we plan to make the trip next summer when our Grandson gets out of school, no time to do it now. Check the roof seal above the window.

Mel & Joy,
Keystone has a plant in Oregon, you might ask them about taking it there for repairs instead. Keep us updated as thing progress.

Joy, Sorry to hear about the problem, but that gives you a perfect reason to attend the rally in Goshen. Along with seeing everyone again.

I'm with Karen, Joy. You'll just have to come to Goshen. Seriously though, there is a Keystone factory in Pendleton, OR and I know Montana sends some of their West Coast customers there.

Mel, the Keystone plant in Oregon is in Pendelton. I am taking my 3670 there September 6 for the frame repairs. Keep us posted as to what they do for you. Good luck.
