Mike you are hysterical! I only see one problem...with all of those beers you are going to need to use the restroom that you just winterized! Teehee! All kidding aside I think we have the start of a checklist for winterization! I love the Version #! Anything to add anyone????

You and me both Ed! I am totally AR and I own it!!! I am a huge spreadsheet, checklist, lamination, to do list FAN!!! I think that is why RVing appeals to me. Everything is so compact you MUST be efficient or you end up running out of room quickly!

Mikey, If you rethink your process into six steps intstead of four, then you won't have any leftovers in your six pack. Of course, you might not be able to guarantee the quality of the work in the last two steps either.

I try not to have any leftovers from a 6-pack. That would be a waste of good beer.... Oh wait!! we are talking about RV anti-freeze.....

More beers

Winterization checklist: (Version 2)
For Montana's, using only RV antifreeze or vodka with food dye with convenience center, Splendide washer prep, outdoor shower. (Inside upper cabinet door in a plastic sleeve)

Supplies
4 Gallons antifreeze, maybe more?
Wrench to remove hot water heater drain plug 1 1/16 socket
Teflon tape for installing drain plug
New drain plug anode?
Hot water flush wand
Hose with male hose end 24" and end cut at an angle

Process
Turn off hot water heater both electric and propane, let cool down
Turn off street water supply
Turn off water pump

1 Have a beer

Turn heater bypass valve to bypass
Drain white water tank
Open low point valves
Open hot water heater relief valve
Remove hot water drain plug
With hot water tank flush tool flush out tank
Close white water tank drain plug
Close low point valves

2 Have a beer

Hook up antifreeze filler hoses and insert into gal of antifreeze
Turn convenience center valve to winterize
Turn on water pump
Open kitchen faucet hot and cold until antifreeze comes out, flowing enough to fill trap (~1 cup)
Open bathroom faucet hot and cold until antifreeze comes out, flowing enough to fill trap (~1 cup)
..Flush toilet till antifreeze comes through
Open shower faucet hot and cold until antifreeze comes out, flowing enough to fill trap (~1 cup)
Open outside shower faucet hot and cold until antifreeze comes out
Connect short hose from outside faucet to black water flush valve and run until you hear flusher
Connect short hose from outside faucet to street water inlet and turn convenience center valve to fill and flow for a few
Remove hose from convenience center

3 Have a beer

Washing machine and the prep plumbing
From Splendide
If your Splendide is installed in a vehicle and you are currently pumping
Antifreeze through your fresh water system, you can follow these steps to
Winterize your washer-dryer
Start
1. With machine power OFF, turn WASH TEMP knob to ‘HOT’ (why not warm to fill both hot and cold lines)?
2 .Advance Cycle Selector to position ‘3’;
3. Press ON/OFF button, then press START. Let machine fill until the drum turns (could take up to 1 to 2 minutes);
4. Press ON/OFF button to turn power OFF;
5. Advance Cycle Selector to ‘Spin’;
6. Press ON/OFF button, then press START.
7. After letting antifreeze drain completely from drum, press the ON/OFF button to turn power OFF. FINISHED

4 Have a beer

Unplug electricity
Shut off hot and cold water valves

5 Have a beer

.. Shut off water pump
Open kitchen faucet to relieve system pressure
Supposedly there is a check valve onside the city water connection which needs to be relieved to gravity flow antifreeze out that line

6 Have a beer
