The maintenance procedure is in the Dexter manual guys.The manual came with the camper along with many others. Most of them have a routine maint procedures in them... Got to read them.....

One would think that Keystone would work closely with Dexter and to insure that components were attached and torqued correctly before leaving the assermbly line. I know other large Ag. and Industrial companies do not and would not Blame their suppliers!!
My u-bolts and flared nuts when new were not to specified torque (about 35 to 40 ft. lbs) where they should have been at least 65 to 70 ft lbs. Have now changed all 8 U-bolts out to all new ones with a better quality material, plus the extra long fine thread nuts and thick flat washers.
These are still torqued at a minumum of 70 - 75 ft lbs.
