Never saw it coming !!!

Have you ever pulled out in front of someone and wonder how you could have missed seeing them? Maybe this would explain it.

Well, I guess I need to blink or move my eyes a bit as I'm crossing those dangerous intersections. It is interesting that even when the dots were as large as quarters they would still disappear.
