We just purchased our 2018 Montana 3120RL yesterday at the Houston RV Show. We expect delivery end of March (or April) and plan to live full time traveling and seeing new things in this beautiful country. Any suggestions are very appreciated as this is our first 5er! I will add that DH is a chemical engineer with an unending curiosity for anything electrical or mechanical, so the more technical the better LOL!

We are getting excited for the pull out date, but now are facing the daunting task of unraveling 30 years of "stuff" and things. "Get rid of it all" sounds good in theory, but everything we touch seems to be going in the keep pile :-)

Congratulations and enjoy. I suggest getting a Progressive Industries EMS and a tire pressure monitor just for starters.

Welcome to the forum, this is a great place to learn and share.

Take lots of time (4-6 hours) with your walkthrough and don't let them rush you. Bring someone else to take notes or video. Don't pay for it until you have all the issues documented (or fixed if they are significant). 3120 is a great model.

Welcome to the forum from North Central Arkansas (The Ozarks).

I had a 30 year career in the oilfield chemical market so we may have some things in common?? For sure I have that technical curiosity!
