add a inverted plug to front front side compartment

Anyone added a inverted plug to there front side storage compartment? I have added a little dorm fridge to this compartment and would like it to run off of solar. Should I tap into a current circuit or figure out a new one? I now have seven inside the RV but none in this compartment.

Thanks.

Just tap into the current circuit.

Just curious, where did you manage to get that wiring diagram from Keystone? I've been looking for something like that for a long time. Do you happen to have a wiring diagram for the rest of the typical wiring in these trailers?

Thanks!

Call me simple. I picked up a 2000 inverter with built in receptacles and use an extension cord to power a small refrigerator in the basement of our 2009 3605RL. Solar on the roof is more than adequate to supply the replacement power drawn from the batteries. We don't buy ice anymore.

Do you have access to the wiring diagrams of the other systems?

What other systems are you referring to? 120 volt or 12 volt? Both are pretty straight forward. It would help if we knew what you're trying to achieve.
Here is the 12 volt.

On my 2023 3781RL, there is a metal electrical junction box behind the water convenience center. I believe that is the inverted circuit. You could come out of there. I would just be mindful of total watts being drawn. I had the same idea.

I have a CSW 1000 watt (came with the camper). Here's the diagram from it's manual.

Are you planning on a transfer switch so the outlets will automatically switch from power (input to the inverter) from the battery (input) or to shore power (input), depending if your camper is plugged into shore power or not?

And don't forget a battery disconnect. Note: Some "inverters" require the battery cut off switch be installed on the "hot" side (the red wire) coming from the battery. The kill switch should not be installed on the negative side. But absolutely, do check the owners manual for the inverter you end up getting.

They will all be the same. Just doubling or upgrading the equipment. The 400 can be upgraded to 800 by adding 2 panels and one controller.
