I don't know what happened to it one day it was fine, next day it wasn't. It's just sitting in my yard. But I've had problems with it going to the foreign mode before.

350 vs 351 warning!
If you did like I did and clicked the previous post's link and ordered the 350, better check your wiring. There is a link on the Micro-air web site to help you figure out which one you need. I have a 2019 MHC 330RL with the Dometic TStat. Terrible thermostat! I ordered the 350 before checking my trailer in the storage yard. I don't have the telephone jack connector-- I have the single zone three single wire connection. Micro-air was so quick with their customer service that when I ordered around midnight, they shipped the next morning before I could change my order! (a good problem to have!)
Anyway, check your wiring connector before ordering.

I got the 351, installed & works manually, haven't tried setting it up for the phone. It's not really needed for us I don't think. unless the wife want to change temp & not get off her. You know.

Had mine installed....did not like it...put the Dometic back. Easier to operate.

My Dometic worked OK if I took the cover off.

I installed mine over the winter and they work great. However I’ve noticed that with them installed I can’t get the stereo to tune in any stations as soon as I disconnect the Tstats the stereo works. Though not a deal breaker I much rather the units operating properly besides I mostly use some type of music streaming service usually. Just wonder if anyone else has had this issue.

So, kinda like when you turn on your car ignition and the windshield wipers start flapping?

Lol been down that road especially when water gets into a control module.I guess the Tstat gives off some type radio type signal for Bluetooth and wifi functions and blocks any type of reception on the stereo

I have two of the Micro-Air Model 351 thermostats. I have one 15K Dometic Penguin heat pump and one Dometic Penguin 13.5K air conditioner. The Micro-Air's work absolutely great. There is night and day difference with the operation of the units compared to the Dometic models that came with the 5th wheel. My wife and I typically have one temperature we like for night and another for daytime use. I set up the schedules and they perform exactly as they should with NO MORE cycling. I highly recommend these thermostats.
We have an older Jack Russell dog we are concerned about getting too hot when we are away should something go wrong such as a power outage, etc. in the summer heat. With these thermostats we will be automatically notified if the temperature rises (or drops) to a preset alert set point. (We do have internet service in our 5th wheel). Additionally, we can remotely make changes to the temperature settings if we want to and monitor both the inside and outside temperatures. I can see the outside temperature only on the heat pump unit however since that data is not present on an A/C only unit. The outside temperature is a function of a heat pump but not an A/C only unit. No fault of Micro-Air.
You will not regret going with the Micro-Air thermostats!
Happy Camping,
Doug
