Here is the pics of the rear hitch flanges that were bent. I sent Keystone an email this morning and was told it was going to be added to my file and the hitch and bumper would be replaced at no cost. As far as the paint, she has turned it over to another person for approval.
I'm just glad to have her here for our trip this coming weekend, even though we aren't going far, it is away from home.

I thought my issues were bad but yours are just unbelievable. they bent the heck out of your hitch bumper painted it but did not straighten it. I wonder if the mechanic was Larry, Curly, or Moe!

Ours are bent like that from a steep driveway. We went in for fuel the in driveway was ok but the out drive way was steep and we drug the same place your picture shows. The delivery company will pay for that one.

Good evening guys. We are home from our trip that we've waited on and wondering if we were going to have the camper back in time. The week had perfect temps in the mid to high 70s mostly and one day in the mid 80s. The AC problems continue in sort. With the unit being in the shade except for about two hours a day, the AC units kept the rig at temps ranging in the mid to higher 60s. They were set on 63* and left alone except for the front unit. My wife cannot sleep with the unit on high as she freezes, so at night, the front AC unit was turned to the LO setting at 63*. The unit would stay on for about 3 minutes and then turn off, and would not ever come back on unless the thermostat was turned off and the then restarted. After day two of this, I came home and looked at the work order I had from Keystone and guess what was not done. You guessed it! The AC units were never looked at according to what I was sent from them. The new vents were put in, the ducts re-taped and that's it! There is not mention of the unit being taken to the heat bay as I was told it would be in the pre-work forms. So, it is very possible that the AC unit problems may persist this summer.
Also, in the work order it states that one of the basement doors leaked during the "15 minute" water test that was conducted on the unit, and that door was repaired. On the original work order, the unit was supposed to go to the rain bay for at least an hour. Anyway, it rained twice this week and the left front basement door leaked into the basement floor both times. The weather stripping is pulled off of the door at the top by the door closing each time. Something else the dealer will deal with this week.
Other than these two items, we had a great trip. No flex in the nose, but I've only towed it less than 100 miles since getting it back. So that is still up in the air as well.

Sorry to hear that Keystone again did not do what they promised. It does not surprise me. Mine is still in the shop on its 8 month out of 10 since I bought it. Keystone also romised me expedited service under the care of Owner relations. It has been waiting for parts for 1.5 months and owner relations has decided to not return my emails.

Anyone interested is starting a class action lawsuit?

Had another family member's 2006 Montana 3402 that had broken welds all around the pin box mounting area as a result of hard road bounce/stress.

Golfmedik, I had the same problem running the unit on low. I searched around here and it's pretty well documented that if you run the fan on LOW with the AC on, it will freeze up and then you have to do what you did. So, you either need to run it on HIGH and increase the thermostat temperature or run it on AUTO.

I was in Florida, in the sun with outside temps approaching 90. Using the above strategy, I was able to keep the unit cool. I chose high and a thermostat setting between 72-74. All was good then.

I have added ceiling vents and cleaned up all shoddy ductwork, cut off the vent collars clush wkth the duct knterkor wall and retaped them. I also got closeable floor registers and stopped ghe air flow from under the steps going into ghe basement I can now run both ac, on auto fan without freezkng the coils

They did not make a 3402 till 2012

I could always run on AUTO, just not low, which I wanted to do for white noise when sleeping.

Things one does to make a recreational vehicle into something more.
We did not add ceiling vents but that is not a bad idea. There is a lot of shoddy workmanship and we have cleaned that up in all 6 of our Rv's different brands going back to 1985. We did not cut off the vent collars but purchased vents that fit flush and directed the air down. Purchased closeable floor registers for both Montana's as well as the other brand Rv's
We did not close off the air flow under the steps but did install filters there. For what ever reason we have not in both of our Montana's had freezing coils on the A/C's. I hope your changed out all your fender screws as the OEM ones will fall out in time.Recreational vehicles are hard to keep cool in very hot weather we struggled in temps of over 100 degrees in the SW last summer but managed.

I have had a Scotty a couple of Terrys, a Coachman, two Fleetwood MH, an Alfa See Ya, and now the HC 375fl. This one takes the winners circle as I have had nothing so poor in Workmanship even in the Alfa, The Alfa had less AC btu and a larger interior but it cooled fine but I did have to do air intrusion sealing. No attempts were made in my Montana to seal the basement holes, nor the plumbing holes under the sink. I really did not spend that kind of money to have bought a half complete RV @ these prices. I have the fender screws on my list. I had the current warranty dealer fix some trim and screws. What type did you replace them with? I go out of warranty in June and have tired of the constant fight with Keystone and need to finish up on my own. I am glad for this site as mine seems to have had every defect mentioned in that years construction. Also I looked at adding a filter to the stairs but did not come up with any good design. What did you do for a filter?

#8 speed nuts for your fender screws will keep them from falling out.

BTW I had to close off the area under the steps as I had such holes in the desk like cabinet between the front living and dining area it blew newspapers off the table and there was no easy way to seal off the massive holes for converter wiring and ceiling wiring on the other side so it was easier to insulate the bulkhead wall in the storage compartment and the plumbing area behind the convenience center.
