Security System Installed

Hi Folks,

Not sure if my wife posted this or not, but our Monty got broke into at the storage place over Thanks-giving weekend. Took both TV's and Surround Sound receiver. The broke the glass on the door and crawl over the counter. The battery disconnect was off, and they didn't break into the storage areas. All toll there was about $6,500 to repair and replace items. We have moved to another storage place where the guy lives on site in a 5th wheel, but is further away from the house.

This past weekend I installed Flagship Marine RV Security System http://flagshipsentry.com/basicalarm.html. I got extra door switches and I put switches on every door, and the steps (so when you open the steps it trips). The system is very reasonable price.

If anyone is interested, I will post some pictures.

Good idea, the rats that steal will pick the easiest unit to steal from. They don't like lights and noise much.

Nice system you got there, I did the same on my last brake in. then was hit again but didnt loose anything because the alarm went off I'm hoping that it was the noise and the flashing strobe light that did it.
