tv above fireplace wobbly

I just signed for a Mountaineer 362. It has a computer desk and fireplace and tv on the side near the back. When the tv is locked in place the top of the television is a little wobbly. I am concerned about it eventually breaking something from bouncing down the road. Anyone else notice this or have any comments???
Thanks.

Since you just bought it, what does your dealer say and do other similar tv set ups on the lot have the same issue you are concerned with? If not, maybe a tech needs to double check. Certainly the tv needs to be secure. Many setups require pushing the tv into a lock bracket on the mount and you feel a snap when you lock it in place for travel.

Our 2012 3402RL has the same setup, two latches that secure the TV to the cabinet. So far, almost 20,000 miles over some of the worst roads in the country and the TV is no worse for wear. Just make sure the latches are connected so the TV doesn't slide out.

Yes, it sounds the same as 3402. It anchors at the bottom but it seemed the top had a little play in it. Just wondered what others had happen with it.
Sounds like it is normal.
Thanks.

That is the way my 3150RL is. Two latches on the bottom, top is wobbly. Normal.

The two latches on the bottom hold the entire slide out in place, but there are four screws into the back of the TV that hold it to the slide out (at least on my 2012 3100). What happened to me was the top two screws into the TV stripped out both the screws and their securing nuts on the TV and really started wobbling. I eventually took the TV down, took the back off the TV, drilled out the installed nuts and put everything back together with 1/4 20 bolts and nylock nuts. Didn't take too long and makes it as solid as it can be. I took some pics, but it is pretty self explanatory once you start disassembly. Hope this helps.
