That is so cool. Nothing like a dog playing ball! And it looked as if the deer could not make up it's mind as to whether it was a dog or a deer!

I seen a deer about that same size walk up and follow someone at the park that was walking on the roadway, the last time we were out camping. I think there are so many of them everywhere now that they are becoming somewhat tamer than they used to be. That was a good video, thanks for sharing the link.

Several years ago, we raised an orphaned deer in our yard with a puppy Great Dane. They played just like that all the time. They would go around the house with the dog after the deer and come back with the deer after the dog. It would have made a great video if I had thought about it. That was the first thing my brother-in-law(from the city) to be saw when he was introduced to the family, he didn't know what he was marrying into.
