Sliding door

The sliding wooden door that leads into the bedroom will not stay on the track. Dealer fixed it once, but its back off again. This is on a new '07 3400RL. Anyone had same problem and suggestion for good fix?

Hello David,
There is a plastic hook on each roller that holds it on the track. Mine were not hooked from the factory and my door fell off once. Hooked the latch, and have had no more problems. Maybe the same is wrong with yours.

On Edit - Actually, the latch holds the rollers on the door not the track.
