Here's how I got access to replace grey tank on my 2002 3280RL.
1. Completely emptied basement.
2. Removed all staples on white pipe flanges and raised them as high as possible.
3. Pulled up carpet (may have to cut carpet around pipes)
4. Used circular saw set to depth of mdf on basement floor. Cut basement floor in center, right to left.
5. Removed screws holding floor down.
6. Used oscellating saw to cut outside of pipe holes.
7. Pulled up one side of floor board, worked it towards center until it was released, pulled out.
8. Repeated on other side to completely remove fooor...complete access to both tanks.
9. To reinstall, cut 2x4 to length of cut floor.
10. Installed one board, screwed 2x4 to cut end leaving 1/2 exposed.
11. Installed other side, screwed to 2x4.
12. Used spray glue to re-attach carpet.
13. Stapled pipe flanges into place.
