bedroom slide issue

I have a 2015 3582 I believe that might be the model #, well the other day I opened the bedroom slide and then closed it a few minutes later. Now I noticed its not closing tight. I reopened it checking along the way for obstructions , nothing. I then closed it watching it close, nothing abnormal. This is a cable slide, when closed the motor makes the same noise it has since new. Any body have any experience with these cable slides, anyone had similar issues??
Thanks in advance for any light you may be able to shed on this for me.

We have a 2015 3440RL which has a cable slide in the bedroom just like yours. Last year had the same thing happen, had my dealer replace motor and gear box, that cured everything. I really think that Keystone is doing us no favors with using the cable mechanism on any slide on the Montana's. Whats really stranger is that some owners with certain cable slides had been the opportunity to put a "drip pan" under the assembly to catch leaking gear oil!? Is the best Keystone can do for us?
