Well, this morning after staying up nearly all night preparing to leave tomorrow to take our Big Sky "Up North" (a Michigan saying) for a five day camping trip in which we were looking for a place to leave her set up for some winter camping to take advantage of the Ski hills up there; our living room slide started to come in w-a-n-k-y at an angle. We can't get it to go hardly at all, and can't get it to go out all the way.
We called our Keystone dealer (which so far our service guys have been pretty great since we bought the unit) and they said they'd never had it happen before. Gave us a quick couple of tips to try and get the slide it. Unfortunately it was to no avail.
Dick (RC) got under the unit and found a sheared off bolt that was on the ground. We called the dealer back and Dick is on his way to the hardware store to try and replace the bolt and fix it ourselves. I pray this works.
The dealer is only ten/fifteen minutes away and if this doesn't work, then I hope they'll come out here and fix it.
Today is our Twentieth Wedding Anniversary and this was to be our celebration. Funny thing is I remember twenty years ago the night before our wedding the transmission went out in our car. Déjà vu!
Has anyone else heard of this happening to a Montana?
