P/I EMS install

Just installed a P/I 50 amp EMS today. Took 3 hours. That 6 gauge wire is fun to work with. Feel safe now as last year, we were hooked up in one C/G and the power was not good as there were spikes and low voltage. We were lucky that there was no damage.

You'll love that unit. It's another part of having to not worry when you're camping.

Yes, the wire can be difficult to work with, especially in a confined area. Biggest I've had to work with was 00, but alteast there was more room to bend it.

That was my problem.. I was trying to be too "sanitary" and drilled the holes into the area behind the basement wall too close to the EMS box. Had I drilled them 2-3" away, the install would have looked a little less professional.. but certainly would have been a MUCH easier install.

This was my 1st mod. It is a great comfort and convenience . You'll sleep better with it installed! Worth every penny.
