The small photo to the far left is an avatar, which you cannot add yourselves, go here

The ants, signature lines and larger photos can be added via your profile. Photos must be stored ONLINE not in your computer and be of the proper size. This page discusses that process:

After you fuss with that and have mastered same there IS a way to insert photos in the text too.
